Although I was born in Brisbane, I spent most of my early childhood living with my family in Port Moresby the capital of Papua New Guinea. This is where I developed my love for warm weather and my interest in the diversity of human beings. As a young boy I enjoyed playing with the local people.
When I was eight, I moved with my family to the Australian capital city of Canberra. My parents enjoyed sport and I followed this interest enthusiastically playing many sports. These included rugby union, rugby league, touch football, cricket, softball, basketball, tennis, and table tennis. I enjoyed the hand eye co-ordination of bat and ball sports and I loved running fast.

After I started work, I spent my holidays travelling extensively throughout Australia in a car, a van, or on a motorcycle visiting and enjoying the beauty of over 90 National Parks. In 1982 I bought a BMW motorcycle in Munich, Germany and rode around Europe for 8 months. This opened my eyes to a new world of experiences and relationships with people. I realised that we are all fundamentally the same regardless of culture, race or religious beliefs.
After my first massage course in Canberra in 1985, I travelled to Brisbane to continue my massage studies and I have been massaging ever since. Massage has led me on an amazing discovery to understand the body and human behaviour.
During the last thirty years, I have massaged pregnant women and their families; I have massaged fathers anxious about the birth of their first child, I have massaged people as they were dying; I have massaged people during the joyous and wonderful times of their lives; and I have massaged people during the painful and challenging times of their lives. I have massaged Olympic and World Champion athletes and I have massaged people who are severely disabled physically and mentally.
I am blessed to have met all these amazing people and to be able to feel the beauty that lies within.
I have studied many religious institutions and spiritual practices and have found numerous commonalities. For many years, I was seeking something outside of myself to explain something I felt inside. It was not until I started to move in a way that was more loving and to deeply care and nurture my physical body that I found a deep inner settlement and joy. I thank all the practitioners that I have met, who have supported me to come to this deeper understanding.

I would also like to thank the thousands of people who have come to me for a massage. I feel very honoured and blessed to have met you.
"When I booked in to get a massage at Brunswick Heads Massage, I was expecting a 'usual' massage. Kevin far exceeded any massage I have ever had prior, and I have had plenty. He was very patient and made me feel very comfortable. I walked out feeling amazing and light. I wish Kevin was more local so I could book in more. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful massage, I hope to be back in town for another visit soon! :)’
